DETAILS: Does your business have an issue in retaining your employees, contractors, or freelancers? Join us at our October meeting to share information and get ideas for how you can retain your workforce.

For employers, retaining competent, reliable, and hard-working help is a recognized problem nationwide. Here, on the coast, it’s even more challenging for employers. Competition with other employers, pulling from a work puddle (as opposed to a pool), and a pervasive poor work ethic makes it hard to maintain a team. At our next meeting we’ll hold a roundtable discussion to brainstorm strategies to overcome these issues.

Coast Women in Business meets monthly to foster entrepreneurship and professional development on the Mendocino Coast and beyond. Membership fees are $50 annually or $10 per drop-in meeting.
