DETAILS: Gain better self-control and discipline over your time and self-management with Coast Women in Business at the Caspar Community Center. Rachel Clark, EMyth Business Coach, will impart vital information to build your self-management tool-box and help you understand why certain things did or didn’t work for you. We’ll have time for questions and answers so that you’ll leave armed with the necessary next steps to self-manage.
What’s a healthy relationship to creating an optimal work life balance? And what tools do you use to get you there?
Leaders are usually focused on what they do best: dreaming, communicating, and reflecting. The inner manager gets lost in a see of endless conversations, meetings, and tasks that usually relate to the future. But what about the now? Who’s managing your daily and weekly lives that ensure every minute of the day is spent as it should be. Who’s managing you?
Your inner manager is what manages you—hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly. It’s a skill and accountability like any other and yet most have never given it the time of day. Most have ignored the tools and behaviors that are necessary to create the success they so desire. Some didn’t even realize it was something to pay attention to. No matter who you relate to most, now’s the time.
In this workshop, learn vital information that will allow you to begin building out your self-management tool-box. We’ll start by identifying and prioritizing those tools. This workshop will be a place for you to absorb information as well as interact with Rachel to understand why certain things have worked or not worked for you. We’ll have time for Q&A so that participants leave armed with the necessary next steps to self-manage via tools.
Learn about:
- Self-management
- Accountability to your inner manager responsibilities and what those are
- Applying tools toward creating the right behavior
- Understanding how to apply that to daily, weekly, and monthly time management
- Implementing strategies to change your daily patterns
Who will benefit:
LEADERS who:
- Aren’t achieving business or life goals
- Miss deadline dates, meetings and plans
- Constantly have to reschedule
- Feel overwhelmed from accountability being dropped
