Join Coast Women in Business on Thursday, February 13, 2020 as local clinical hypnotherapist and author Alena Guest talks about loving yourself and your business.
Loving yourself is often confused with selfishness, conceit, arrogance, and even narcissism. On the contrary – if you’re letting anyone take advantage of you or you’re not sticking up for yourself, if you’re staying in a relationship or a job that’s bad for you, if you’re eating poorly, drinking too much, or indulging in anything else that’s bad for you – then you need to attend this presentation on love.
Alena will provide a prescription for greater self-confidence and self-esteem. She’ll offer 30 ways to practice loving yourself that she’s adopted as a hypnotherapist as well as tools gathered from psychological research and pundits like Oprah Winfrey.
