DETAILS: Come to the Coast Women in Business January 2018 meeting on human resources and the issues that might affect your small business. We’ll meet on Thursday, January 8, 2018 at 7:30 AM at the Caspar Community Center in Caspar, California. Doors will open at 7:30 AM for networking and fellowship, with program content beginning promptly at 7:45 AM and ending at 9 AM.
Note: As presenters and members have expressed that the scheduled time wasn’t adequate for content and discussion, we’ve decided to start the meeting 15 minutes earlier to make more time available.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Karen Arnold
Human Resources Manager at Mendocino Coast Clinics in Fort Bragg, California, she has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in all aspects of human resources, organization development, and leadership development.
Karen has created and led an organizational development and training department, and has significant experience in workforce/succession planning, change management, team building, leadership development, training, and strategic planning.
She was an adjunct professor at California State University Sacramento in the College of Continuing Education and at the University of San Francisco.Karen holds a Master of Arts degree in management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in human resources.
