GOAL-SETTING FOR 2019: BEST PRACTICES FOR YOUR BUSINESS

The new year is here, giving us the opportunity to assess the health of our businesses, find out how other Mendocino Coast businesses are operating, determine best practices for our ventures, and set new goals for 2019. We’ll discuss results from the local business survey we recently conducted and hold a drawing for a Starbucks gift card.
Come to the meeting ready to share 2018 wins as well as challenges so we can help each other to identify what to continue vs. what to change in 2019. You’ll leave with an actionable, business-elevating plan for 2019. By gaining greater clarity and confidence in your business practices, you’ll be able to thrive in 2019. Carpe diem! (Seize the day!)

Terri Larsen—As data visualization thought leader, she has created figures, animation, and imagery for publications and presentations. Terri earned a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Master’s degree in molecular biology from San Diego State University, and Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis. Today Terri runs two companies: TLarsenPhD.com and Paneless Window Cleaning.
