DETAILS: Come to the Coast Women in Business February 2018 meeting to find out what type of entity is the best form for your small business: sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company (LLC), or corporation. There will also be a discussion of how the new tax laws impact your choice.
Coast Women in Business will meet on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 7:30 AM at the Caspar Community Center in Caspar, California. Doors will open at 7:30 AM for networking and fellowship, with program content beginning promptly at 7:45 AM and ending at 9 AM.
Note: As presenters and members have expressed that the scheduled time wasn’t adequate for content and discussion, we’ve decided to start the meeting 15 minutes earlier to make more time available.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Debra DeCarli
After many years as a litigator representing consumers all over the country, she opened her own law office, DeCarli Law in Mendocino, California.
Debra has practiced law since 1994. In addition to her law degree, she holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs. Currently, Debra focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, and advising small business clients.
