Business owners who can run calculations to answer cash flow questions or capture a financial snapshot of their businesses will be better off than those who fly by the seat of their pants. Join us to learn Excel tips and tricks that make it all very easy.

Terri says, “I use spreadsheet software more than I use word processing software. I’ll show you how simple it can be to track your numbers. I’ll even give you the worksheet I use to keep track of my income and expenses that I use to complete my Schedule C.”

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Create and customize a worksheet
• Write a function (calculation command) in Microsoft Excel
• Create a chart

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Terri Larsen

Terri is an award-winning producer of computer animation and an award-winning speaker. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, a Master’s degree in molecular biology from San Diego State University, and a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Terri started out consulting for the biotech industry and eventually shifted her focus to the visual communication of information. In her primary career she consults as a data visualization specialist at TLarsenPhD.com while running several other businesses including Paneless Window Cleaning.
