DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
March 12, 2020 @ 9:00 AM

Details
Join Coast Women in Business on Thursday, March 12, 2020 and learn how to create clear expectations for client relationships and projects with experienced business coach Rachel Clark.
When you focus on building professional relationships based on clear expectations, standards, and deliverables, you can fulfill your clients’ needs exactly the way they want. In order to support professional relationships, you need to document agreements/contracts, pricing and payment standards, standards for work flow expectations, and relationship ground rules. The more a professional can create, the stronger the working relationship will be.
Using tools to manage relationships and projects during the fulfillment process will help you stay on track and quantify quickly how close or far you are from promised deadlines and expectations. This will allow you to navigate difficult conversations when things go awry – sooner, rather than later.
Complimentary tea as well as coffee donated by Thanksgiving Coffee – for your enjoyment.
