DEALING WITH UNCERTAINTY IN TIMES OF CHANGE
February 11 @ 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM PST
Join Coast Women in Business on Thursday, February 11, 2021 via Zoom to learn how to deal with uncertainty in times of change.
We’re all floating in a sea of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic and economic rollercoaster. Our automatic response to unwelcome change creates more problems: denying, hiding, avoiding – all of which don’t help us prepare for, and create, brighter days ahead. Being passive only threatens our sense of well-being and business future.
Cynthia Wall, therapist, consultant, teacher, and author of Courage to Trust, will share brief, action-oriented techniques to reduce our stress response and consider how to best move through these difficult times.
During our virtual meeting, feel free to put any questions in chat so that presenter and moderators can make sure you get the information you need. We can all sip a ☕ beverage 🍵 of our choice in lieu of the complimentary coffee and tea we usually provide at our in-person meetings.
Free via Zoom: bit.ly/3hZkk2h
We welcome all—all races, all genders, all countries of origin, all sexual orientations, all ethnicities, all income levels.
8-8:15 AM – Introductions
8:15-9:15 AM – Presentation and discussion
9:15-9:30 AM – Networking and announcements
Free for Coast Women in Business members and nonmembers
