Does your heart beat faster at the word menu? Are you a food entrepreneur looking for ways to up your culinary game? Have you been in business for years and want to spice the business up?
In this workshop, you’ll learn the 3 Ms of creating a successful culinary business: menu, marketing, and management. Update or develop your skills in creating a successful menu focused around demographics, desire, and taste. Once you have your menu, you’ll focus on leadership and learn how to build a creative and thriving business team.

Julia Siderakis has owned and operated culinary establishments for 35 years. Recently retired from the local restaurant Ukiah Garden Cafe after 27 years, Julia has now joined the West Business Development Center team as our restaurant advisor. She’s an instructor with Mendocino College in the Culinary Arts Management Program and the Business Information Worker Program, covering all aspects of customer relations and management.
