eCommerce: Getting the Most Out of the Etsy Platform

With customers everywhere embracing the convenience of shopping from their computer or smartphone, it’s time to think about your own eCommerce strategy. Etsy is a tremendous tool for artisans, studio artists, designers, or craft suppliers to market and sell their work.
This two-day, hands-on workshop will give you insights into how to create an online storefront that gets attention and sales. Students will receive homework and share their work during class.
You’ll learn in this workshop how to:
- Understand the value of an online storefront
- Get started setting up your online store
- Create a lightbox to photograph your work
- Write content to attract audiences
- Create effective keywords to drive traffic

INSTRUCTOR
Rachael Victoria Adams is the owner of Caspar Curiosities, an art gallery and boutique in the rural village of Caspar, California. She has been selling art and antiques online since 1996 and e-commerce is a crucial aspect of the success of her business. She currently has three thriving e-commerce shops on both Etsy and eBay representing her physical store in Caspar. Rachael has mastered the ins and outs of these Internet platforms as well as adapted and grown with the progression of their technology.
