2017 Business Accomplishments and Planning for 2018

Coast Women in Business discussed 2017 business accomplishments and planned for 2018 on Thursday, December 14, 2017.

Business consultant Nancy Banker asked each of us for insights into what we believed we;d accomplished in 2017 and our questions for goals of our businesses in 2018.

We addressed several focuses:

  • Has your business expanded over the last year?
If so, what was the result of your expansion?
How will you expand your business, which often includes sales and marketing?
  • Are you considering starting a new business?
If so, do you know what you need to do to start a business?
  • Have you considered acquiring a business?
Do you understand what you need to know to acquire a business and how much the business owner requires?

We endeavored to discuss as much as we could about each individual business, but had to keep the discussion at a more general level due to the number of attendees. Note: Nancy is available for individual consultation if you wish to schedule time.
